Bäckerei & Konditorei Fiedler e.K.

The Bakery Fiedler has been founded in November 1988 by Mr. René Fiedler. The bakehouse as well as the main store are located in Langebrueck near Dresden.
In September 2014 I, Sandra Lindner, took over the bakery.

This is me, Sandra Lindner:

In 2005 I had my first contact with profession of a baker woman and I was able to gain first experience during an internship which I did in the Bakery Fiedler. After this internship I decided to become a professional baker woman and started the training in 2007 which I completed successfully in 2010. After 2 years of working I was offered to take over the Bakery of Mr. Fiedler. And as German law requires a master craftsman’s diploma I took the next challenge and completed my diploma exams in 2013. Another year went by wherein I had to do a lot of paperwork before I finally could call the Bakery Fiedler as my own company – 1st of September 2014 became THE day.

And now a little insight into our team:

Currently there are three people, including myself, working in the bakehouse. Every morning we are happy to produce tasty bread and rolls to make your start into the day much better.

Our confectioner is responsible for all the delicious cakes, tarts and candies.

And to complete the team there are four ladies in the stores to offer and sell you all the fresh and tasty products.
