Bakehouse

Inside the bakehouse all of the various sorts of bread and rolls are made. Each single bread and each single roll is formed by hand and made according to tradition.
We are very proud of our rye bread which is made out of natural leaven. This guarantees a great taste as well as a long freshness.



A specialty and highlight in our Christmas production is the so called Dresdner Christstollen. Please find more information about the Stollen in the shop area.
