We will dipatch almond stollen from the 1st of November.

Validity: The general delivery and business dealings apply to all contracts, deliveries and performance between the bakery Fiedler and customers. Differing business practices will be turned down.
Finalizing of contract: By inputting personal data and clicking the order button at the end of the ordering process, a binding order is made on the items in your basket. You will receive a confirming email. The contract is made when we acknowledge your order. Visible transport damage must be confirmed by the delivery service. Reclamation can be made in writing within 7 days. If a delivery is delayed we will inform you by telephone or email at the beginning and end of the instance. If a partial delivery only is possible, the rest will be delivery free of charge.
Data protection and security: Your details will only be used internally in accordance with the law, and will not be passed on to third parties.
Acceptance: The buyer is commited zo accept the odered goods. If we receive a delivery back (eg. refused receipt of goods) full payment has still to be made. The parcel will be disposed of at cost to the buyer.
Requested deadline: We will try our best to fulfil a specific deadline. We cannot however give a guarantee for this, as we have no influence over delivery services.
Returns: No returns are possible as the goods are perishable.
Liability: In the case of unsatisfactory goods we can replace the goods or return the purchase price. Other demands are excluded.
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
Contract partners: Contract partners are the Bakery / Confectioners René Fiedler in Dresden as seller and orderer or customer as buyer. German law applies (district and jurisdiction of Dresden).
Payment: The following forms of payment are acceptable. Bank transfer (items will be dispatched after payment has gone into bank), or Paypal.
Prices: All Prices are final and include v.a.t. Delivery charge is then added and will show in your shopping basked.
